Document Upload via WhatsApp – Step by Step

1️⃣ Click the button. Select the desired category: „Express Translation“ or „Basic Translation“. After clicking, you will be automatically redirected to a WhatsApp chat with a partner from Perevod Alanya.

2️⃣ Open the chat. Briefly write: „Hello, I would like to send a document.“ You can also specify the target language, deadline, and purpose right away (e.g., for notary, apostille, etc.).

3️⃣ Press „+“ → select „Document“.📄 If you already have the file – choose it and tap Send.📸 If the document is only available in paper form – select Camera, take a clear photo without shadows, all corners visible, tap Save, then Send as Document (not as Photo!).

4️⃣ For multiple pages. It is best to combine all pages into one PDF file (using a scanner app or the „Files“ app). If you send them individually, number them: 1 of 3, 2 of 3, 3 of 3.
